On Saturday the 25th, I attended the Florida furry convention known as Megaplex. Being my first con and all, I had no badge, not even the barest smidgen of costume, and no art to sell. I didn’t even bring a sketchbook to draw in. As it was, I worked all the night before, and so by the time I left the con in the evening, I had been up for about twenty-four hours and I was tired.
I did meet some awesome people though. Some people from FA who I had never heard of before, and two who I had, one of which was a planned meeting. We hung out pretty much the entire day in the game room, only really leaving to check out the dealers den for a few minutes, and getting food at Chick-fil-a and McDonalds.
I am currently taking commissions. Due to a bit of financial troubles, I have some specials going on right now. Each week I open about four slots that will get done THAT week (as long as the commissioner is quick to communicate with me), for anything $20 and under. $20 will get you a single character, full color piece like
so,
so, and
so. You can also purchase inked works, or sketches. Anything that will not take me more than four consecutive hours to complete and costs $20 or less. Auctions are the exception to this rule. If the price goes past $20, I will add more detail to the piece as the price warrants.
Regular commissions are still open as well, though I generally have a waiting list for those, and the wait is longer.
